El Mercurio | 14-9-24
With a program that included works by Scriabin, Albéniz, Schubert, and the world premiere of a composition by the Chilean Miguel Ángel Jiménez, the pianist Gustavo Miranda performed last Thursday at the residence of the Chilean Ambassador to the United States, Juan Gabriel Valdés, as part of the cultural activities of this diplomatic mission.
About 60 guests attended, including important members of cultural institutions in the American capital, such as Jenny Bilfield, from Washington Performing Arts, and Ashley Stonebraker, from the Kennedy Center Opera House Orchestra, who showed great interest in the pianist's work.
